Familiarity 2008-07-07
The Six Sigma Handbook is very thou rough however, if you're not familiar with statistics I recommend a more basic statistics book to accompany this subject.

One of the Best Books on Six Sigma 2008-06-02
This is one of the classics. If you are in to Six Sigma, buy this and keep it in your library. The explanations are simple and very comprehensive.

Six Sigma Handbook 2008-05-11
This is an excellent book for all levels of experience in quality management programs. A very concise, structured and detailed explanation of Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma as well as Lean processes.
The Handbook helped me integrate my 15 years of SPC, TQM, and ISO into the Six Sigma "framework".
I would recommend this book be read by all managers of any organization. I learned important information in every chapter, although I had been exposed to most concepts for many years.
Highly recommended!

"Six Sigma: The Complete Guide..." Well worth the money! 2008-04-19
As a former practitioner of Total Quality Management, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, Just In Time, Total Productive Maintenance, etc. and, now, Six Sigma, I highly recommend the "Six Sigma: The Complete Guide..." to both newbie's wanting a broad and deep explanation of Six Sigma as well as seasoned Belts wanting to brush up on its principles. I keep it continually at my finger tips to review and refresh my knowledge of the subject.

"Too much conversation..." 2008-04-07
Negative Points: Define, Improve and Control phase. For a "handbook" it should provide a lot more examples and details.

Positive Points: It gives a good idea of dashboards and projects prioritization.
