Makes complicated problem seem simple 2007-12-21 In general, I do not enjoy reading textbooks, yet the Hilliers' text is exciting and could change your approach to solving problems. After reading this text, I have the confidence to dive into challenging problems. The case studies are complicated yet simple to follow. The text includes Professor Hillier's class notes, so a dedicated learner could teach him/herself. If you do any spreadsheet modeling, this is a textbook that you will want to keep within arm's reach.
