Editorial Review:
This best-selling book presents a brief “no-nonsense” approach to the fundamentals of business which spans the range of all functional areas—management, marketing, operations, accounting, information systems, finance, and legal studies. A six-part organization introduces readers to the basics of the business system in the U.S.; addresses the management side of business; looks at human resources, marketing, and the way business manage information for both internal users and for reporting to external constituents; and finally, presents the financial elements of business. For anyone preparing for a business career in the third millennium. Cached date: AWS Called=true

Totally Disatisfied 2008-10-14 Ordered this book twice from Amazon, first time it took 2 1/2 weeks to for seller to tell me book was not available. Second time it took about 2 weeks,to tell me it was no longer available, now there's an improvement. Ended up buying the book for my son for his class in the college book store, total dissatisfied with my Amazon experience, more then likely will never order books again, the books we did recieve took way to long to recieve.
Great 2008-09-09 Great images, examples, and simple text to follow. Paperback is a little annoying, but otherwise good layout.
Business Essentials 2007-04-03 This book came faster and in way better condition than I thought it would. Was very pleased with the item.
good text FOR SALE! 2006-06-20 i have one for sale, brand new for $35!email heather_ellis84@yahoo.com if interested.
More of a reference book. 2006-02-26 This book does not have a lot of depth to it - and it is somewhat dated (each year a bit more), but there are some handy examples that make it a worthwhile read... especially for the price.
