Nice Book 2007-01-26 We used this book in my quality management class last semester. I found it very well-written and informative. The author covers the basics of quality first. Next the book covers implementation and then in the end, improvement. The contingency theory-based approach to quality is interesting. Some other books are based on something like the Deming approach or six sigma. This book is very balanced and provides a method for improving quality in any service or manufacturing company.
