Excellent book 2006-10-24
I only read the table of contents and skimmed the first few chapters. Based on that, though, I can say that anyone who is considering leading a certification program should read this book. The checklist at the end of Chapter 1 is itself worth the price of the book. Outlines four simple things that have to happen at the beginning of a good certification program.

Must read 2004-03-17
Having worked with certification for a number of years, I have found this to be the best and most comprehensive book on the subject. We use it as a corporate reference book. It is filled with practical advice.

A very valuable tool for anyone in certification 2000-09-06
Judith Hale did a great job mapping out how to build a Certification program. In a step by step process, she guides you the process and points out how to avoid the pitfalls.

This book is logical, easy to follow and can be applied to many fields.

If you are thinking of certification, I highly recommend this book.
