Great companion to the Get out of your pit book 2008-10-05
I bought both the Get out of the Pit and this book. It's great to have a place to write in my thoughts and the answers to the discussion questions.

This book was not quite written for my life. I have gone past this part of dealing with the pain in my life. I appreciate the no nonsense approach she brings. We are hurting, but can act to improve our lives. She is very encouraging. I gave this to a friend who can get more from it than I.
