Useful tips for coaches and trainers 2006-08-27 Considering Susan Nash's background it was interesting to see her slant on temperament and it's application within the workplace. As a trainer, to me this is crucial for the transfer of knowledge. A handy book to have on the bookshelf.
A must read for the business professional 2000-12-10 For the past five years, I have been in the business of using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator within business environments to help all levels of professionals from managers to executives understand their working style and personality pattern. After reading Turning Team Performance Inside Out, I find Susan's method of typing to be superior to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. There are many flaws with the indicator and people end up incorrectly typed. Susan's method is also much quicker and easier to use. Susan has taken Carl Jung's theory (the basis of Myers-Briggs' Indicator) to a new level. The exercises used are clear and extremely accurate in helping one determine his or her most comfortable process for learning and making decisions.
