Everyone needs this book 2003-07-27 Mr. Exley shows us the importance of living a balanced life. So often we feel guilty if we are not pushing ourselves beyond our limits. He points out that being a driven person has become a badge of honor in our society. But the end results are devistating. This book helped me to see that it is okay to relax and enjoy life, that God wants us to. If you really want to be free, read this book.
