Everyone needs this book 2003-07-27
Mr. Exley shows us the importance of living a balanced life. So often we feel guilty if we are not pushing ourselves beyond our limits. He points out that being a driven person has become a badge of honor in our society. But the end results are devistating. This book helped me to see that it is okay to relax and enjoy life, that God wants us to. If you really want to be free, read this book.

A book that everyone needs to read. 2003-07-27
Richard Exley hits the nail on the head in this book. All of us need to learn how to balance our lives and he shows us how. So often I feel guilty for not doing more. This book helped me see that it's okay to relax and enjoy life. Mr. Exley points out that in our society, being driven has almost become a medal of honor, but it's a lie. Read this book if you want to become the authentic person God wants you to be.
