I am not only healty my financial life is alive and well. I owe it all to Louise L Hay's teachings. I listen and I hear what she is saying, then I focus on one issue at a time. Terrible I couldn't even get past the first chapter. She should not read her own book...I was so disappointed with talking that I could get to the content.

I enjoyed this audio very much. It gives you many ways to improve your well-being. It has helped me to let go and release some things that I have been holding on to that does not serve me.
