junk 2004-04-22 I PURCHASED THIS ITEM FROM AMAZON IT LASTED 7 WEEKS AND THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE IT OR FIXIT AS I LIVE IN BRASIL. ITS JUST JUNK AND THE LOCAL NEC DEALER SAID IT HAD BEEN REFURBISHED ONCE WAS NOT A NEW ITEM. IN OTHER WORDS A REPALCE AND RESHIP AS NEW. GOOD LUCK IF YOU BUY THIS OR ANY ITEM FROM AMAZON.
